Paid Advertising

Local patients.
Not impressions.

Location-based ad campaigns around your practice, run by our agency partner, Ernesto Cullari Media, as a managed service. Measured by leads and booked consultations in your LUKE CRM, with the limits of that measurement stated up front.

Peptide ads fail in predictable ways.
We wrote the playbook.

Peptide and hormone advertising answers to the FDA, the FTC, every ad platform’s healthcare policy, and the card networks at the same time. Most campaigns that fail break one of them. We check every campaign against all four before anything launches.

  • Claims. No disease, treatment, or body-changing claims without the human clinical evidence the FTC expects. “May support” does not rescue an unsupported claim.
  • Names. No drug brand names, and no “generic” or “alternative to” framing.
  • The whole funnel, not just the ad. Ad platforms and payment processors crawl the landing page and the rest of the site. Dosing charts, reconstitution calculators, and before-and-after images get accounts suspended.
  • Platform by platform. Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube each draw the line in a different place, so creative is built for each one.
  • Disclosures that count. Next to the claim they qualify, and spoken as well as shown in video and audio.
  • Payment risk. Processors audit sites too. A gap between what the ads say and what the site sells can end a merchant account.

“Research use only” is not a marketing strategy. The FDA judges a product by how it is sold, not by its label. We build for prescriber-gated practices and for products sold within their approved category.

Five steps, one market.

A campaign is built around the area your patients actually come from, not a national audience.

  1. Draw the market

We set each campaign to the area your patients come from: a radius around the practice and the ZIP codes you serve.

  2. Reach people nearby

Ads shown to people in your area on the sites and apps they already use.

  3. Build the creative

Ads made from real imagery of your practice, in English and Spanish where your market needs it.

  4. Match the landing page

Every ad points to a page that says the same thing and ends in the booking path. Leads from it go straight to your LUKE CRM.

  5. Measure and adjust

Form fills and booked consultations are traced back to the campaign. Targeting, bids, and creative change based on what produced consults, not on clicks.

Measurement, with its limits.

Ad reporting is easy to oversell. Here is what it can and cannot tell you.

  • A click is not a patient. We report leads and booked consultations, not just clicks and impressions.
  • Some people see an ad, then call or book days later. That credit is hard to assign, and we say so rather than guess.
  • Privacy settings and AI assistants strip some referral data, so every booking also asks how the person found you.
  • Health ad rules limit how precisely a campaign can target people. We plan inside them.

Planned around the rules.

Google and Meta restrict advertising for prescription drugs, and they can require third-party certification before a telehealth provider advertises prescription treatment. We plan campaigns around what your practice is approved to run.

Health is also a restricted category for personalized ads, so campaigns target places, never a person’s health condition, and we do not retarget site visitors on health pages.

We advertise the practice and the consultation, not the drug. The decision to prescribe stays with your clinicians.

Quoted per market.

Ad spend and management are quoted after a consultation, because a dense metro and a small town need different budgets. Creative is quoted once, up front. Nothing launches until you approve the plan and the first month is funded.
